How is it used? Identification of wind power? What countries is it used in? Common characteristics about the countries where wind power is used?

Wind Power is using the kinetic energy of the wind, which is air in motion. By using vanes (like rotor blades of a fan or a helicoper), we can convert the wind power to electricity or use the mechanical power to run a water pump, flour mill etc.
Wind mills were used in Holland and other parts of Europe. Now Wind power is used extensively for generation of electricity in Asia (in India it is used in many places).
