Does anyone know a website or link that can give direct insturctions to building a Horizontal Wind Turbine? Not one of those ones the size of football fields. More like a small model. Yahoo! Answers is my last resort, and I need to type my procedure in for my 9th grade Science Long-Term project by tomorrow!!

Please! I really need help! My partners on the project basically suck...and don't know anything.

I'm starting an environmental ethics project for class and i thought about researching wind energy. where i live in ohio a lot of people are protesting against having the the wind turbines be brought there and i don't understand why? So i come here to the infinite knowledge of the people of yahoo answers to get some help. If you have resources of places to start looking for research about wind energy and resources to groups or people that protest against it that would be great. Thanks everyone

I am a current college student (Junior) in Austin, Texas and i am presently study Petroleum engineering but i intend to swtitch to Sustainable energy developement for my Masters program.
