If the West developed an alternative energy source, should we seal our borders to hostile Muslim countries?

There is some talk in the think tanks that it would be a good idea to:
1. Develop an alternative energy source. (we can and will do it someday)
2. Deport all Muslims who preach violence.
3. Leave all Muslim countries.
4. Close our borders to any further immigrants from Muslim countries.
Would this be a good idea?
