I made a very small model wind turbine for a science fair project and expected to see that the larger blades worked better, but the results were the complete opposite and overall pretty crazy. I don't know what any of this means. Help?

For a science fair project for my school I am building a small wind turbine. If you were to measure the amount of electricity produced, would you use watts or volts? Thanks.

I was wondering if anyone had instructions with pictures to build this turbine, i need it for my science fair project so i need it to cost under 30$, I only need it to power the small light bulb.
