Building a VERY small scale wind generator?

I am trying to build a small wind turbine with enough power to light a 5 watt bulb.

Basically, I was planning on just connecting some 3in. fins to an electric motor from a hobby store (see http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2102828&cp=&sr=1&origkw=motor&kw=motor&parentPage=search ) and then hooking the electric motor up to a light bulb - will this work? Are there any issues that I have ignored?

Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone had instructions with pictures to build this turbine, i need it for my science fair project so i need it to cost under 30$, I only need it to power the small light bulb.
Thanks!

i can't find the right words to ask but what i want is to know the parts and uses of a small wind turbine that can light a light bulb and that it depends on the wind not the generator. i want to make a small wind turbine that is handy and the parts are very affordable..it's ok if it only produce a little amount of electricity...pls suggest asap..tnx in advance!!
