		<description>The problem I foresee is that even a small diesel engine is going to be capable of so many watts that it will take a large wind turbine to match it.  So if the hybrid part of it is both driving the same generator up on the head with clutches to release the one when the other is driving or a planetary gear to allow both to drive, you will have to scale your propeller system up to take over from the engine at moderate (most common/average) winds.</description>
