How much could I make a year with a 2 hundred acre piece of land on a windy hill in Maine???

Depends on several factors, but right now in upstate New York, leases per power-generating windmills are going for around twenty-five hundred dollars a year per windmill. You might fit as many as thirty windmills on 200 acres. You do the math…and of course, you pay the taxes on that income…
Call your local business number for your power company and see if there is a need. Some farms are helped with gov loans and payment programs. Thats where I would start at. I would find out about zoning for such land by visiting the city zoning office too. I would seek out how much insurance and the type of insurance needed for that type of business. If all that was acceptable, I would seek out a weathy entrepeneur and see if they would like to invest or coown a business like this too.
